Pensacola Half Marathon & 5k

This course was designed by locals to highlight the beauty of Pensacola and to give participants an event that they will love. The Pensacola Half Marathon starts at our Maritime park behind the Blue Wahoos stadium overlooking Pensacola Bay. You will loop through the historic North Hill community just before crossing the Bayou Chico bridge capturing marina views of both Bayou Chico and Pensacola bay. Next, the course takes you to Pensacola’s downtown through our Historic District before returning you back to Maritime Park. The Pensacola Half Marathon will soon become a true gem for the Southeast Running community and a MUST DO event for Columbus Day weekend.

Location: The race starts and finishes behind the Wahoo’s Stadium Maritime Park Amphitheater 301 W Main St Pensacola, FL 32502

Course Time Limit: There is a 4 hour course limit to complete the half marathon race (~18:00/mile pace). If you are unable to continue at this pace you will be helped into the SAG wagon and will be transported to the finish line.

Packet Pick up & Late Registration: Saturday, October 9 from 1pm to 5 pm Running Wild 3012 E Cervantes St Pensacola, Fl 32503

Race day packet pick up: Sunday, October 10 from 5:30am-6:30am Maritime Park Amphitheater 301 W. Main Street, Pensacola, FL 32501 NOTE: Participants MUST have ID to pick up their packet. Proxy packet pick up only if they bring athlete’s ID.

Parking: Please park in Wahoo’s Stadium Parking Lot at Maritime Park, 301 W Main St, Pensacola, FL 32502 there will be plenty of parking. There will be NO Gear check in, since parking is adjacent to race start.

Race Start: In the amphitheater behind the Wahoo’s Stadium located at Maritime Park, 301 W Main St, Pensacola, FL 32502.

Aid Stations: There will be 8 Aid Stations providing water and electrolytes. Awards: Half Marathon and 5K Awards- Overall Male & Female Age group awards breakdown: (9-14)(15-19)(20-24)(25-29)(30-34)(35-39)(40-44)(45-49)(50-54)(55-59)(60-64)(65-69)(70-74)(75+)
